Thanksgiving Trip

We had a good time in Washington for Thanksgiving. Jack and I got to meet Great Grandma Ellie, Aunt Susan and Uncle Marty, and lots of cousins! Then, we went to see Lesa and Colin and some more cousins!

Cousin Claira was great with Jack and spent the evening entertaining him.

Everyone was tired after such a big dinner.

Jack didn't want to take a nap, but his Aunt Susan finally got him down.

Sam is quite the busy body these days. He moves constantly, and he can get across the floor very quickly, as you will see in the video clips. Jack wasn't sure what to make of this baby who kept crawling up to him and grabbing at him or trying to take his pacifier.

Playtime

Who needs toys...just give Jackson a newspaper. But, as you'll see, you'd better be done reading it before he gets his hands on it. This provided nearly 30 minutes of entertainment for the boy. He's so busy these days and getting busier all the time.

My Child the Technology Expert

Jackson has already learned about the iPad. I often let him play with an app called "Baby Rattle 123" while I get dressed, or this morning I was trying to fix myself a bowl of cereal and he just wasn't happy in his Exersaucer, but the iPad fixed everything. Smiles! He will be the same tech guys that his dad is some day.
